  仙人揉腹术,6步就短命!

  步:按揉心腹
  Step 1: knead your heart
  两手缓缓上提,两手中三指(食指、中指、无名指)在胸前对接,并按在心窝部位(即胸骨下缘柔软的部位,俗满意口窝)。
  Slowly lift up the two hands. The middle three fingers (index finger, middle finger and ring finger) of the two hands butt joint in front of the chest, and press on the heart pit (i.e. the soft part of the lower border of the sternum, which is popular with the mouth pit).
  由顺时针方向做圆周运动,按摩21次,再从右向左逆时针按摩 21 次。

  第二步:回环按摩腹中线及腹两侧

  第四步:左右手绕脐腹按摩
  Step 4: massage around navel with left and right hands1、左手绕脐腹按摩:以左手逆时针方向盘绕肚脐按摩21次。

  2、右手绕脐腹按摩:以右手顺时针方向盘绕肚脐按摩21次。

  第五步:推按左右侧胸腹
  Step 5: push left and right chest and abdomen1、左手做叉腰状,置左边胁下腰肾处,大指向前,四指托后,悄悄捏住;右手中三指按在左乳下方部位,然后以此为起点,直推至左侧大腿根处,连续按 21 次。
  1.   2、右手做叉腰状,置右边胁下腰肾处,大指向前,四指托后,悄悄捏住;左手中三指按在左乳下方部位,然后以此为起点,直推至右侧大腿根处,连续按 21 次。
  2.   第六步:盘坐摇转

  盘坐势,先自左向前、向右、向后、按顺时针方向摇转21 次,上身微往下俯,停止渐渐摇动;然后自右向前、向左、向后、做逆时针方向摇转 21 次。
